Knowledge bases

Create a knowledge base using the documented text, URL, or supported file-source representation. Ingestion is asynchronous: read the resource to check ingestion status before relying on its content. Attach the resulting knowledge-base IDs to the appropriate agent configuration.

Use sources you are permitted to process. Public URLs and uploaded content may contain untrusted instructions; treat retrieved text as data in your integration.

Website chat widgets

Create a chat widget through the workspace-scoped chat-widget API or the dashboard. Configure its agent and allowed website origins using the request schema, then use the generated embed configuration in your website.

Widget keys and API tokens have different purposes. Do not embed your dashboard API token in the website snippet. Regenerating a widget key requires updating affected integrations.

Simulation tools

Test definitions, batches, and run results require simulation access in the selected workspace. A documented operation does not bypass feature gating. Inspect the current definition's engine identifier when specifying a type filter.
